"Dark Deceiver" is definitely not a typical Progressive album and could be quite elitist. It's not that the songs are extremely long or a demonstrative solo fest, but it's more to do with the melodies which are a bit harder to get into, but around the fifth spin I finally realise the genius behind it, which is also extremely technical as well. Vocalist is also very versatile, so if you are hunting for unusual non-cheesy Metal, Zero Hour would be a band to look into.
