Genre: Pagan Metal
Bit Rate: 320
Ensiferum is probably the most followed metal band among the Folk category and has gained a lot of attention due to the "fashion" of folk among the scene. Despite many clichés associated with the genre as a whole, Ensiferum does show once again that they are on top of the game. Yes, even without Jari.

Whether Petri Lindroos filled in Jari's role in the band well enough or not is still a controversy among fans of the band, though I personally have no problem with it.

The second and last album of Ensiferum with Jari Maenppaa, but also a worthy successor to their debut.

Ensiferum's eponymous debut is probably considered as the best of Pagan/Viking/Blackened Folk (what ever you call it really) album by general consensus.
